I grew up believing what my parents, elders and politicians said!! How things change… please watch this video about fluoride as it may challenge what you think.

Living in a country that fluoridates its water I just want to put this out there! For information, and to spread the word.

Towards the end there is a scene where an elderly woman is being treated for the effects of fluoride poisoning. Just watch the video.

Fluoride - good or bad? There is an amazing amount of information out there on the pro’s and con’s of fluoride. The more I have read on the subject the more I am swayed away from the ‘traditional’ - its good for you argument.

Even if one were just observe where the information is coming from I think you would have to question the validity of those sites. But without getting into the whole political questions that this leads to I prefer to just consider all the information out there and try and make a balanced decision accordingly.

One of the major arguments that the Governments of Australia, NZ and the USA have traditionally put forward is that of fluorides ability to fight tooth decay.

Within countries that do fluoridate their water (such as the United States and Australia), recent large-scale surveys of dental health - utilizing modern scientific methods not employed in the early surveys from the 1930s-1950s - have found little difference in tooth decay, including in “baby bottle tooth decay”, between fluoridated and unfluoridated communities.

That is just the tip of the iceberg. Fluoride is a poison… just google it and make your own mind up.

I know where I sit with this issue. So if you are like me and live in a country that fluoridates the water, then get yourself a decent water filter.
